Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 09.11.2012 made in Na.Ka.No.AA2/ 3803/2012 and the order dated 09.02.2012 made in Na.Ka.No.A4/ 4064/2011 passed by the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the name of Chellamuthu (deceased) and the respondents 9 and 10 by issuing a fresh patta in respect of the well and the property comprised in Survey Nos.144/2A2F, situate at Nuthapur Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District.
