Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioner herein Gramanatham bearing Survey No.368/1 admeasuring 338 Sq.ft Kannur Village, Chennai District.

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioner, herein Gramanatham bearing Survey No.368/1 admeasuring 338 Sq.ft Kannur Village, Chennai District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
