2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent-3.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 836 days.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel for the respondent-3/Insurance Company, when the matter is listed for admission.
