Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to expeditiously commence and conclude the verification of community certificate for those employees mentioned in the petitioner's request bearing Letters dated 7.3.2014 and 01.12.2014 and submit the report thereon to the petitioner within a month. ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the Deputy General Manager of UCO Bank, seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the verification of the Community Certificate in respect of their employees 25 in number, of them, some employees had already retired, and to submit a report thereof.

2. It appears that the petitioner has made a request by proceedings dated 7.3.2014 to the respondent to give status of community certificates in respect of their employees after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

verification of their community certificates. Since no report is forthcoming from the respondent, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above, the respondent Committee is directed to expedite the verification of the Community Certificates of the employees whose details given in proceedings of the petitioner, dated 7.3.2014 and submit a report thereof, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
