O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent school to issue Transfer Certificate to the daughters of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.Anil Relwani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It seems that, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, who is his wife. It is stated that the daughters are now living with the petitioner. The petitioner wants to get a Transfer Certificate for his daughters who are studying in the first respondent school. An objection has been raised by the second respondent in this regard and therefore the first respondent is refusing to give the Transfer Certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In a case of this nature, writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked because, it is a dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, and the school in question is a private school. Therefore this Court does not find any justification for this Court to entertain this writ petition.

5. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
