O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for petitioner's shop.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and found that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7.

3. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7. As such the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
