Today, this matter was listed under the caption, "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr.K.M.Ranjith Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has received change of vakalat from the petitioner and in the order copy, his name is not present.

Hence, seeks this Court to make necessary corrections.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to change the counsel appearing for the petitioner from Mr.K.A.

Vimalkumar to Mr.K.M.Ranjith Kumar.

4. Except the above modification, the Order dated 29.08.2022 remains intact.
