Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16.07.2025 and to take necessary steps to subdivide the land acquired for the purpose of providing 75 free housing plots to Scheduled Caste Beneficiaries which has remained unimplemented for several decades and take immediate steps to subdivide the subject land and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners have given a representation dated 16.07.2025 to take necessary steps to subdivide the land acquired for the purpose of providing 75 free housing plots to Scheduled Caste Beneficiaries which has remained unimplemented for several decades and take immediate steps to subdivide the subject land. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition is filed.
3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 16.07.2025 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16.07.2025 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
