C.M.P.No.11875 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD).No.313 of 2005 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 22.03.2010 passed in C.R.P.(PD).No.313 of 2005 and to restore the same on the file of this Court.

2.The C.R.P. is filed against the order dated 14.09.2004 passed in I.A.No.9 of 2003 in O.S.No.983 of 1997, filed under Order I Rule 10 and Section 151 C.P.C. to permit the petitioner to implead the proposed parties as defendants 4 & 5 in the suit.

3. Pending C.R.P., the suit itself has been decreed by common judgment and decree dated 28.11.2014 and hence noting survives in the present C.M.P.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
