ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to interfere/harass in Civil dispute between the petitioner and his landlord which is subject matter in O.S.No.119/2024 pending on the file of XI Assistant City Court at Chennai and also provide adequate protection to the petitioner in respect of his tenanted portion under the lease deed dated 07.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and there are proceedings pending before O.S.No.119/2024 pending on the file of XI Assistant City Court at Chennai. It appears that there have been instances of law and order situations and pursuant to the complaint filed by the defacto complainant in C.S.R.No.442 of 2024, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.270 of 2024 for the offences under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

Considering the above, this petition is closed leaving it open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the suit in O.S.No.119/2024 pending on the file of XI Assistant City Court at Chennai 24.05.2024 dhk Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order To 1.Inspector of Police (Law and Order) K-10 Police Station Koyambedu Chennai - 600 107 2.The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
