CMP.Nos. 14109 & 14132 of 2021 and in CRP.No.3199 of 2018 J.NISHA BANU, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd, 7th and 8th respondents, in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd, 7th and 8th respondents have to be brought on record, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Post the main Civil Revision Petitions on 08.09.2022.
