This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 04.11.2019 made in W.P.No.27885 of 2019.
2.Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel for the respondents.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
