Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of CERTIORARI, to call for the records from the 1st Respondent relating to the impugned Auction Notice vide Na.Ka.No.1343/2023/11 dated 28.04.2023 fixing an Auction sale on 25.05.2023 and quash the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the 1st Respondent relating to the impugned Auction Notice vide Na.Ka.No.1343/2023/11 dated 28.04.2023 fixing an Auction sale on 25.05.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
