ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, 9 and 10 and the learned counsel appearing for the 12th respondent submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to forbear the respondents 1 to 10 from granting NOC in favour of the 12th respondent for setting up of Petroleum Retail Outlet in S.F.No.47/C1B, Kodungiyam Village of Udumalpet Taluk located in Anaimalai - Poolankinar Road, which is classified as Major District Road based on the objection of the Page No.3 of 6
petitioner dated 02.04.2024, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, NOC was refused in favour of the 12th respondent vide order dated 06.09.2024.
2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, 9 and 10 and the learned counsel appearing for the 12th respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
