Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the e-attendance slip certificate dated 04.09.2015 at 11.00.58 which has been modified in order to reduce the percentage of attendance and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioner based on the e-attendance slip dated 04.09.2015 at 10.15.20 as per which the petitioner has the percentage and permit him to participate in the practical and theory examinations for the 5th semester examination for the diploma in Mechanical Engineering in the 4th respondent college and to publish the results.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
