The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondents to conduct the investigation through a special agency of police, apart from the third respondent police, and to file a final report of charge sheet as against all the offenders involved in the occurrence as per the Crime No.923 of 2017 pending on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the major offence has been altered to one under Section 306 IPC. As such, the petitioner may not have any grievance against the Investigating Officer since, the main ground raised for transfer is that the third respondent has registered the complaint under Section 174 Cr.P.C.
