These petition have been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in crime No.37 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of 58 grams of Methamphetamine. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners are ready to abide any conditions. He prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity.
5. Considering the facts of the case, the contraband seized from the petitioners is commercial quantity. Hence, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed. 19.06.2024 pbl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
