Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fifth Respondents to grant exemption to the Petitioner from passing Teachers Eligibility Test being appointed earlier by taking the effect of the G.O. (Ms) No. 181, School Education Department dated 15.11.2011 by

which the Nodal Agency was appointed by the Second Respondent and G.O. Ms. No. 90, Education Department dated 28.03.2012 by which the policy of prescription of pass in Teachers Eligibility Test as minimum qualification for appointment as B.T. Assistant Teacher was introduced by the Second Respondent and to permit the Petitioner to function peacefully.

O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the court record stating as follows:- "In view of the order passed in favour of the Petitioner in yet another W.P. Praying approval of promotion as P.G. Assistant Teacher, and on instructions of the Petitioner, this W.P.

No. 16017 of 2019 may be permitted to be withdrawn." The copy of the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in W.P. No. 34876 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner has been placed on record. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
