By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Heard Mr.M.V.Krishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and Mr.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the sixth respondent.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 2 to 5 to remove the electricity wires have been drawn unauthorisedly over his house. However, it is not clear as to whether the line was in existence prior to the construction of the house or after the petitioner constructed his house. In any event, a representation has been given by the petitioner is still pending.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation given to the District Collector and others along with a copy of this order and submit the same to the third respondent within a period of one week from today, and upon receipt of the same, the third respondent shall direct an inspection to be conducted by a Senior Officer and pass a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation to be submitted by the petitioner.
