A.Nos.2428 and 2370 of 2020 in C.S.No.602 of 2019 Application Nos.2428 and 2370 of 2020 in C.S.No.602 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J Application No.2428 of 2020, has been filed to condone the delay of 275 days in filing the written statement in the suit in C.S.No.602 of 2019.

2. Application No.2370 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 261 days in filing written statement of defendants 12 and 13 in C.S.No.602 of 2019.

3. When the applications were taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. In view of the above, instant applications are allowed.
