..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Impugned Order No. 57771/C2/2013 dt 2.4.2014 and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to rectify the document in Document No.75/2008 which was kept pending before the 1st respondent in respect of the petitioners property in Survey No.149 Block No.36 T.S. No.6/1 Koyambedu Chennai measuring 62 grounds 363 sq.ft.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 11.07.2016 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.
