This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1084 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.127 of 2018 dated 19.06.2020 by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
