2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after registering FIR in Crime No.206 of 2019 under Section 174

(3) of Cr.P.C., the Revenue Divisional Officer conducted an enquiry and also sent a report stating that no dowry harassment by the husband's family.

3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, transfer of investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to other competent agency, would not turn no purpose. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and file a final report in Crime No.206 of 2019 for the offence if any made out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction this petition stands disposed of.
