the Court made the following order:- Today, when the above applications taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that though by an order dated 14.06.2021, this Court had appointed a receiver and directed to take possession within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, due to pandemic situation prevailing in the State of Maharashtra and the lock down imposed by the Government, the Receiver could not execute the warrant issued by this Court within a period of six weeks. Hence, he prays to extend the period for eight more weeks.

2. In such view of the matter, the order already granted by this court dated 14.06.2021 is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, these applications are closed.
