The petitioner has come up with a prayer to issue direction to the respondents to maintain the passages situate adjacent to Shop No.F/B-7 Kamarajar Flower Market as it found in the original Master Plan of Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennani - 600 092.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sai Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.N.Sampath, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent and perused the records.
