CMP No.12059 of 2021 is filed to bring on records the proposed appellants 3 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2.The factum of the death of the first appellant and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased appellant is not disputed.

Hence, this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to amend the cause title and post the second appeal after two weeks.
