The petitioner/A3 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 419, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC and Section 66D of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.34 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that all the accused joined together, as if they are involved in the financial business and also used the name of Bajaj Finance and called over the defacto complainant that they would arrange a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. They had received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as advance for processing the loan and to transfer the funds. It is stated that they had totally collected a total sum of Rs.5,16,100/-. It is stated that a sum of Rs.25,000/- had been transferred to the account of this petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he is prepared to deposit the said amount of Rs.25,000/-. It is not as if his offer should be accepted. It clearly reveals that all the accused had joined together in committing the offence.

smv 4.Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

5.The respondent is directed to take the petitioner into custody and report before this Court on 08.12.2023. The petitioner must disclose the address and other details about A1 and A2. 6.List this matter under the caption 'for reporting compliance' on 08.12.2023.
