(CRIME NO.26 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed as that the petitioner shall execute normal surieties instead that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for sum of Rs.10,000 with two surieties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused order passed in Crl.OP.No.11596/2022 by this Hon'ble Court dated on 19.05.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11596 of 2022 on 19.05.2022, the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties instead of the the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two ordinary sureties.
