ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that the Zonal Officer, Zone-12 of the Corporation of Chennai would be the necessary party and thus, we direct impleadment of the Zonal Officer, Zone-12, having office at No.1, New Street, Alandur, Chennai-16 as respondent No.4.

2. Notice, which is accepted by Mr.K.Soundararajan, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 4.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct that the representation dated 26.3.2015 of the petitioner be disposed of by a speaking order, after notice to all concerned specifically respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
