A.No.2341 of 2022 in C.S.No.713 of 2015 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed for amendment of the cause title insofar as it relates to the second defendant.

2. The applicant states that the intellectual property rights of the second defendant were transferred to DS Intellectual Properties Private Limited, pursuant to a scheme of demerger, which was sanctioned by the National Law Company Tribunal, New Delhi Bench by order dated 24.11.2021. This development entailed the filing of this application.

3. The defendants have no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendments on or before 08.07.2022. Upon carrying out the amendment, a copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the defendants within one week thereafter.
