2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that the third sentence of the third paragraph of the order states as follows: "3....................... He further submits that funds are available and he can disburse dividend @ 100 paise in a rupee to the said 370 creditors amounting to Rs.63,04,483/- along with interest @ 2.5% for 21 years on the admitted amount which is arrived at Rs.33,09,854/-. He further submits that in respect of previous claims, interest has been paid @ 5% and since the said 370 creditors had come after a period of more than 2 decades, interest has been reduced to 2.5%."
3. By referring the above portion of the order, the learned Official Liquidator submitted that it is has been recorded as if 5% was already paid instead of 2.5%.

4. Accordingly, the said portion of the order is modified as follows:
"3. ..............................He would further submit that the funds are available and he can disburse the dividend @ 100 paise in a rupee to the said 370 creditors amounting to Rs.63,04,483/- along with interest at the rate of 2.5% for 21 years on the admitted amount which is arrived at 33,09,854/-. He would submit that in respect of previous claims, interest has been paid at 2.5% and since the said 370 creditors had come after a period of more than two decades, the same interest would be paid at 2.5%."
5. With regard to the remaining portion of the order, there is no need for any modification.
6. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in terms of the Order and issue a fresh order copy.
