Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has already been appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal. The IRP has instructed the petitioner to withdraw this petition. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
