O R D E R

This petition is filed for relaxation to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1399 of 2021, dated 07.06.2022 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Coimbatore.

2. The petitioner, having been complied with the said condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.No.212 of 2022, moved an application for relaxation before the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Coimbatore and the same was modified in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2022 that "the petitioner shall appear once in a week before the Inspector of Police, Sulthanpet Police Station, i.e., on every

Monday at 10.30 a.m. for remaining weeks (23 weeks)". Now, the petitioner has filed this relaxation petition to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2022 order dated 07.06.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.769 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1399 of 2021 is totally relaxed. All other conditions remains unaltered. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Sulthanpet Police Station as and when required for an interrogation.
