Basing reliance on a decree obtained in O.S.No.137 of 2013 dated 15.12.2015, where the respondents are not parties, the petitioner made a representation seeking issuance of legal heir certificate on 02.06.2015. Seeking further action to issue legal heir certificate, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.This Court is not willing to go into the merits of the case. Admittedly, it is stated that the representation is pending consideration of the respondent no.4. Thus, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation dated 02.06.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd party, if so required.
