Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Deputy Solicitor General for the respondents. 2.

The petitioners have submitted an application in Form I on 22.12.2023 seeking grant of NOC. The second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case.

Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
