ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 04.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) and 392 of IPC in Cr.No.528 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused persons robbed Rs.2,000/- from the defacto complainant with knife point.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there is a previous case pending against the petitioner. He further submits that this Court had dismissed the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12658 of 2021 on 23.07.2021 Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there is a previous cases pending against the petitioner and had dismissed the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 06/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
