Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 21.05.2020 with regard to the show cause notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 04.04.2018 and further direct the 2nd respondent to consider the date of appointment from 11.05.1987.

ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and dispose of the representation dated 21.05.2020 with regard to the show cause notice issued by the second respondent dated 04.04.2018 and further direct the second respondent to consider the date of appointment from 11.05.1987.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed before it.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2020 and simultaneously, to consider the objections to the tentative seniority list dated 02.11.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
