O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to assail Resolution No.26 of 2010 dated 21.06.2010 dealing with the closure day for the vegetable and fruit market for its maintenance. The petitioner claims, it should not be closed on a Friday, but on some other day. It is further submitted that at present, it is not uniformly the last Friday of the month it is closed, but at random the closure is effected.
2.We are of the view that this can hardly be a subject matter of a writ petition as to what should be the closure day of the market. Be that as it may, since the petitionerassociation has made a representation on 20.09.2010, the concerned authorities may discuss this issue with the representatives of the association to find out if some other convenient day can be uniformly fixed as the closing date without giving rise to any further cause of action on this issue. 3.Writ petition is closed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
