The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on 10.04.2019, this Court had dismissed the the petition in Crl.O.P.Nos.21731 to 21737 of 2018. He further submits that these miscellaneous petitions have been filed to clarify the said order.
2. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is clarified that the fourth line of the seventh paragraph shall read as follows: "Admittedly, as per the deed of compromise the petitioner on the liability, issued."
3. It is further clarified that the sixteenth paragraph of the order shall read as follows:
"16.In view of the above discussions, these Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.21731 to 21737 of 2018 are liable to be dismissed. It is made clear that any of the observation made by this Court will not influence the trial Court during the trial and the trial Court is directed to consider the case on merits and in accordance with the law and pass appropriate orders. However, the time is granted by this Court to complete the trial in C.C.Nos.3326 to 3329 of 2012 and 99 to 101 of 2013 extended for a period of two months from today. Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed" http://www.judis.nic.in
