This petition has been filed to register a fresh complaint dated 23.01.2016 given by the petitioner and to file final report in respect of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.29961/2015 dated 18.12.2015 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 23.01.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.533 of 2016 for the offences u/s 417 and 420 IPC.
