error made in A register in connection with petitioner agricultural land comprised in survey No.333/1 situated at No.5, Melapudi Village, Tiruvallur District and consequently direct the 5th respondent not to remove trees and plants comprised in Survery No.333/1 based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3 and 4.
2. It is submitted by the petitioner that application for issuance of patta and correction of UDR error has been made before the third respondent.
3. The third respondent is, therefore, directed to hold an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024 and pass final orders on
merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will put on notice all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
