Challenging the Order of the appellate Court directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already deposited 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
