praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the Order passed by 2nd Respondent in G.O.(D) No.256, dated 11.06.2018 Finance (T and All) Department and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 forthwith reinstatement of the petitioner as per the fundamental rules 54-B Ruling (9) and to extend all benefits, both service and monetary from the date of suspension on 12.05.2012 arising thereto.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the respondents concerned are present.

3. When the mater was listed on 24.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.10.2025. Thereafter the matter was listed for four more times and the counsel for the petitioner did not appear on any of the dates. Hence, on 19.11.2025, when again the learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear when the matter was called for hearing, the matter was posted to 10.12.2025 as a last chance Page No.2/5

under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e., on 10.12.2025, when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court presumes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
