[ RESPONDENTS ] Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 6th respondent the Secretary of Avichi Higher Secondary School, Virughambakkam, Chennai-600 092 dated 30.08.2010 extending the suspension of the petitioner for a further period of 60 days from 05.09.2010 subject to the order of the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer, Quash the same and further direct the 5th and 6th respondents to restore the petitioner in service in Avichi Higher Secondary School, Virughambakkam, Chennai.
