Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.20883 of 2016 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SANKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- By order dated 15.09.2016 in Crl.MP.No.9682 of 2016, this court granted Interim stay.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inadvertently failed to bring to the notice of this court, the dispense with application on that day. Today it is posted for hearing.
Considering the facts and Circumstances, there shall be an order dispensing with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court for the present.
