O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.09.2017, wherein, the petitioner has sought for adding his name in the Revenue Records.

2. Mr. Mani Gopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that th 2nd respondent had already called the parties for an enquiry on 14.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant records.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the 2nd respondent finds that notice should be given to any other interested parties, the same shall also be issued before passing final orders.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
