ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.288 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.288 of 2018 and further action has been dropped on 21.10.2019.
