Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent passed in ROC 7381/2015/M4 dated 10.9.2015 quash the same , consequently restrain the 1st respondent, their men, agents from interfering with the physical possession of the petitioner and from in any manner evicting the petitioner from the residential portion of the house property situated at Old No.204 New No.1/543, Kamaraj Nagar, Poiyerikarai, Paramathi Road, Namakkal 637 002 except under due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
