Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.08.2023, the petitioner herein, who was permitted to go abroad, had completed his trip and returned back to India and present today as per the direction of this Court.

The above said compliance is recorded. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. In future, if the petitioner wants to go abroad, he shall approach the Court, subject to the circumstances, the same will be considered. No costs.
