Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time for executing the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5633 of 2020 13.03.2020 by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5633 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020.

2. This Court had granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 13.03.2020 on condition that the petitioner shall surrender and execute the bond before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ariyalur within a period of thirty days from the date on which the order copy made ready. The order has been lapsed by efflux of time, therefore extension of time cannot be granted.
